Dog Policy

The cost of additional servicing of the room after your dog has stayed is £25 per room per night for 1 dog or £40 for 2 dogs and is paid at check-in and is non refundable. The hotel will provide a bed suitable for a small to medium sized dog, a protective mat, 2 dog bowls and a treat bag that includes ‘poo bags’

Your dog is welcome to join you in a number of areas of the hotel, this is site specific so please check with the hotel that you are staying at. You will also be given this information on check-in. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate your dog in our dining room but we will do our best to arrange dining for you with your dog in another area of the hotel

You may bring a maximum of 2 small to medium sized dogs per room only. Please note, guests staying at Malmaison Manchester Deansgate can only bring one dog per room. 

The dog(s) should not be left alone in the room at any time

As owner you understand that your dog should not disrupt the quiet enjoyment of other guests due to excessive barking

Dogs must be on a leach or in a carrier anytime they are outside of the bedroom

As owner you are fully responsible for your dog(s) on the property including any injuries suffered by the pet as well as any damages including personal injury to the hotel, team members, other guests, third parties or property

Guests are responsible for the proper cleaning and disposal of pet waste on the premises

If a member of the team has to make a visit to the room (for room service or housekeeping) the dog should be restrained
