Breakfast. We're making a big deal of it. No more take-away coffee cups and cereal bars on the run. Breakfast should be savoured. It should be something we make time for. It should live up to it's name of the 'most important meal of the day'. Let it be so.
Make sure you take in the aroma of your cup of hot, freshly brewed tea or coffee. Get at least one of your 5-a-day with the fresh fruit and juices. Succumb to a home-baked pastry with your second Americano or make your selection from the cooked breakfast menu - eggs poached, fried, scrambled, boiled or benedict. Crispy bacon. Succulent sausages. Hot buttered toast. And beans. Decisions, decisions. At least one of the 'most important decisions of the day' we think.

Weekends and Bank Holidays - 8am to 11am
