A fresh wave of flavour is arriving at Malmaison Brighton this summer.
Chez Mal Brighton will soon be transformed as Sora steps in for a limited‑time pop‑up, bringing its exclusive Japanese restaurant, sushi and cocktail bar experience to the marina.
From 20th May until the end of August, enjoy Sora’s signature sushi, robatayaki grills and vibrant sharing plates, all served in our stylish marina‑side setting.
