Meetings and Events Terms & Conditions
- 10% discount on contracted food, beverage and/or room hire rates when booking a meeting or private dining event.
- Offer is subject to availability and must be booked via the hotel’s events team.
- The discount will be applied to contracted food, beverage and room hire or packaged items.
- The discount will not be applied to items that the hotel needs to hire or rent.
- Consumed items that are not contracted will not be eligible for the offer.
- The offer cannot be used against any wedding packages, menus or room hire linked to a wedding event and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer/promotion and is non-commissionable if booked via an agent.
- A signed agreement must be returned along with all agreed deposits and payments.
- Blackout dates for the offer will apply which include but are not limited to: Christmas Day, New Years Eve, Mothers Day, Fathers Day and Valentines events/menus..
