Why have I not heard about my application?
We try to respond to as many applications as we can, but in busy times this isn’t always possible. If you’ve not heard from us within 2 weeks after the closing date of the vacancy, we’re afraid that means your application hasn’t been successful. (Remember though to keep an eye on your email’s junk folder, to make sure our response hasn’t ended up in there.)
Will I be given feedback on my application?
Unfortunately we can only offer feedback if you’ve made it through to either a telephone interview or interview stage.
