Do you have car parking on site and is it free?
At our Malmaison Birmingham property we do not have our own hotel car parking, we recommend the Mail Box car park located adjacent to the hotel within the Mailbox : 7 Commercial Street, Birmingham, B1 1RS. A token is provided to the guest so that when you depart you can use it to get 15% off parking. To find out more information please visit our website here.
I have a dietary requirement will you be able to accommodate me?
With prior notice we will be able to assist you, we would advise contacting us a minimum of 72 hours prior to arrival to ensure we can best meet your needs.
Do all your bedrooms have baths?
Not all of our rooms have a bath, some of our rooms come with a shower only. If you require a bath, please let us know prior to arrival and we will do our best to accommodate.
Do all your bedrooms have showers?
Some of our rooms have a walk-in drench monsoon shower, others come with the shower over a fixed bath tub.
Which rooms have roll top baths in the bedroom or a Jacuzzi?
We have the Nirvana suite that comes with a Jacuzzi bath in the bedroom & our Havana suite that has a roll top bath in the en suite bathroom.

Does your Spa have a pool or Jacuzzi? Is it free to use?
At our Malmaison Birmingham property we do not have a swimming pool. Our Spa facilities offer a Steam room (fits 6 guests max) – with relaxation light, Monsoon Shower and Small relaxation area. Also pedicure and manicure stations and a small gym. You can find out more information here.

Am I able to bring my dog?
Guests are welcome to bring their pets to stay at Malmaison Birmingham and we welcome well behaved dogs to all our properties. we have a variety of specific dog friendly rooms. Please notify us during the booking process and we will apply a nightly charge of £20.00 per dog. For more information on our pet policy please see our terms and conditions here.
Do you allow children to stay at the hotel?
Yes, we do permit children to stay with us. Travel baby cots can be accommodated in our rooms and above, these can be supplied free of charge when reserved in advance. When reserving online please add a note in 'Special Requests' and this will be arranged for you. For children 12 years old and under we are also able to supply a roll away bed for an additional £30.00 charge per night in any Club and above room category. Do you have any wheelchair accessible rooms at the hotel?
We have a selected number of standard accessible rooms which can all be accessed by the main lifts, please contact our central reservations office on 0330 016 0380 to discuss your requirements and select the best rooms to suit your needs.
