The heart and soul of every Malmaison hotel, where iconic dishes are prepared with a modern twist and served with passion and personality, including sublime steaks, the awesome MalBurger, locally inspired blackboard specials and a mouthwatering wine list.
The restaurant at our Belfast hotel seats 60, but it's still an intimate and elegant setting. Here, we serve all of the classic Mal dishes you expect, plus a host of hearty Irish dishes that use local ingredients carefully selected and prepared with passion by Head Chef Kyle Greer. Guests can also complete their perfect meal with expertly mixed drinks in the most brilliant Belfast bar you'll ever find.
Ooh La La
Ooh la la! With this new Summer menu we are really spoiling you. It’s light, it’s lovely, it’s fresh and it’s fruity. Delve into tastes of the sea and the Summertime. Seductive starters include corn-fed chicken terrine, heritage potato and summer piccalilli and handpicked Devon crab with apple, cucumber, and brown crab mayonnaise. For the main event why not try the Ibérico pork cutlet with grilled avocado, fennel and orange salad or the ludicrously lavish lobster risotto with carnaroli rice, lobster bisque and mascarpone. Then finish on a cheeky little number such as the tonka bean panna cotta with macerated strawberries, honeycomb, and strawberry sorbet or the tantalizing Valrhona dark chocolate tart with passion fruit sorbet.
Paired with a naughty little Rosé or cocktail – you’re so on-season! Ooh la la.
