Gift cards can be spent in any Malmaison hotel; in the bar, brasserie, spa, against an overnight stay and even on one of our events. You can also spend them at our sister company, Hotel du Vin. So go on, we dare you.
Processing & Delivery is an additional charge on top of the cost of each gift card:
- Standard 'signed for' recorded delivery (3-5 working days): £2
- Guaranteed 'signed for' next day delivery (if ordered before 1pm): £7
- International delivery: £8
Guaranteed next day delivery does not apply on weekends. Orders placed on a Friday after 1pm will be processed the following Monday.

Opening Hours: 8am to 9pm Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm on Saturday and 10am to 4pm on Sundays.
Gift cards cannot be used to purchase any pre-paid or advance purchase rates online or over the phone. Gift cards must be purchased online and cannot be ordered over the phone.
