A range of layouts are available, including theatre, boardroom, U-shape and cabaret configurations. Capacity varies by room, with six flexible meeting rooms available to suit different group sizes.
Do you have meeting pods?
Yes. Our soundproof glass meeting pods are ideal for smaller meetings, brainstorming sessions and one-to-one discussions. Each pod comfortably accommodates up to four people and includes smart technology, wireless screen sharing, super-fast Wi-Fi, and unlimited tea, coffee and water.
What technology is available in the meeting rooms?
Our meeting spaces feature fast Wi-Fi and presentation technology, including LCD projectors and screens or TVs, helping teams collaborate, present and share ideas with ease.
Is wi-fi included?
Yes. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is included throughout the Work + Play meeting spaces and pods.
Can rooms be combined for larger events?
Yes. Our six flexible meeting rooms feature collapsible walls, allowing spaces to be mixed and merged to create larger layouts and increased capacity.
Do you offer catering for meetings?
Yes. Meeting packages include refreshments and lunch options, while additional catering menus are available with a selection of dishes, bowl food, salads, sandwiches, skewers, sides and desserts.
Can dietary requirements be accommodated?
Yes. Our events team can tailor catering options to suit your requirements. Please advise any dietary needs when booking.
Do you offer meeting packages?
Yes. We offer both Daily Delegate and 24-Hour Meeting Packages, which include room hire, refreshments, lunch, presentation equipment, Wi-Fi and meeting essentials. The 24-hour package also includes dinner and an overnight stay.
