This is dockside dining at its best and we’d love you to joins us for a fiery feast in our newly revamped Malmaison Bar & Grill. The finish is spectacular, the steaks are sizzling and it’s the new hottest place in town to be seen.

With the addition of a Josper Grill, we'll be serving up serious flavour with a side of theatre. Floor-to-ceiling bi-fold doors link the bar and terrace areas - perfect for drinks and dining while watching the sun set over the Mersey.
