The Brasserie at the Aberdeen Mal

Whether you're on a business trip, a mini break or are an avid explorer, the Mal Brasserie will restore your spirits with a delicious and sophisticated menu of dishes made from the finest local ingredients, by perfectionist chefs.

We also stock excellent wine, served by an intensely passionate team of sommeliers, who know just the red to go with your meal. Just ask and prepare to be amazed. With food and drink this good you could be forgiven for forgetting we do rooms too.

The Brasserie in the Aberdeen seats 100 people. Scottish artwork adorns the wall. Relax in soak up the atmosphere in our intimate booths. If the sun is shining try our alfresco terrace with views of the Aberdeen skyline. At Mal we like to raise the bar when it comes to a great dining experience.

    The Chef's Table

    Find yourself in the middle of the action. You often wondered what it was like to work the Pass in a busy kitchen, now you find yourself right in the thick of it. With only a plate glass wall  between you and the wrath of Chef should you not love his carpaccio. It's dinner with difference.

    Clad in sumptuous pinks and blacks, The Hauf is a secret boudoir affair for up to a dozen private diners. Divine for covert corporates too. Shhh...We won't tell if you don't.

    George Cambell & Co

    In Edinburgh in 1872 a young man by the name of George Campbell opened his doors for business. His ambition was to provide the finest fresh and smoked fish. Successive generations of Campbell's have followed the same ideals. In Perth, George Campbell & Sons, fillets, prepares and smokes fish, which arrives from markets all over Scotland.

    Graham's

    Graham's has been producing milk for three generations, in and around the beautiful countryside of Bridge Of Allan. In 1945, the farm came up for sale and the whole family scraped together the then enormous sum £4000 and became the proud owners of a growing dairy business. Today, Graham's is the largest independent milk producer in Scotland, still a family concern and proud to uphold the highest standards of quality and service

    The Deeside Smokehouse

    The Deeside Smokehouse is my small, artisan smoked game and meat business nestled in the heart of Royal Deeside, on the Dinnet Estate, Aberdeenshire. The venison and pheasant they smoke is all wild and local, sourced mainly from the hills of the Dinnet Estate as is the beef. The meat is dry cured and smoked using traditional methods over whisky soaked oak shavings from the Speyside Cooperage.

    Veitch Moir Limited is a private limited company which has been owned by the same family for three generations. VM's core business has remained the production, import, distribution and sale of food and drink and delivery of high quality services.
