We have a great proven track record of developing interns and graduates within the hotels, and have a number of ways that talented individuals can progress with us.

Graduate Programme

Malmaison & Hotel du Vin are looking for exceptional people to join their Graduate Programme. You do not have to be a hospitality graduate, but you must be able to demonstrate passion and commitment to a career in the hospitality industry.

The 18 month programme consists of three 6 months placements, each stepping to the next level of development: the first 6 months is an operational rotation around all hotel departments, the second 6 months is a supervisory placement in a specific department, and the final 6 months is a management placement, typically at assistant or head of department level.

Each graduate will have the opportunity to work in a different property with a different management team during each secondment, as well as being assigned one of our Regional Operations Directors to act as a mentor for the duration of the programme.

Applications for a 2011 start have now closed. We will begin recruiting for 2012 entry in Autumn 2011. Details will be posted on our Current Vacancies page in due course.
