- In order to redeem your voucher, you will need to call the hotel of your choice to check availability. Booking is subject to availability.
- You will be expected to present your gift voucher and presentation card at the hotel in order to redeem your voucher.
- Gift cards are valid one year from the date of issue.
- When booking a room we will require a credit card to secure the reservation.
- Gift cards can also be used at our sister company Hotel du Vin.
- London rates are only valid on weekends and bank holidays.
- Girls Night In with Spa package available at the following hotels only: Malmaison Aberdeen; Malmaison Birmingham; Malmaison Manchester & Malmaison Newcastle.
- Girls Night In packages are not available at Malmaison London.
- Minimum spend for Malmaison Gift Vouchers if £50, and all cards are non refundable.
