Interns/Placements
Looking for some experience in hospitality or a first taste of supervising others then look out for the intern placement opportunities within each hotel Programmes are hands on and will give real experience in the people, product and profit skills needed to be a successful hotelier.
Direct entry opportunities
Depending on an individual's drive and ability there are lots of opportunities to join us in a specialist management position. Age and experience is not a barrier, if you can do the job you get the job. We take calculated risks on individuals and have got some great development and support tools in place to help them be successful .

Fast Track
If you have an Masters, MBA or something similar and have got previous business experience either in hospitality or the service or retail sector then think about the HdV & Mal Fast Track Programme into senior management.
Only 2 or 3 people a year successful join this programme, as we are looking for our Deputy or General Managers of tomorrow. The programme is tailored to suit your needs and includes working closely with the groups' senior team.
