“Malmaison is one of the most progressive and exciting hotel companies in the United Kingdom. A company continually evolving, developing and growing. We offer great opportunities for graduates with two programmes which at the end offer the potential of a management position within one of our hotels.
The core graduate programme involves placements in all departments within all hotels. This gives you the opportunity to learn how each department works, moving into a supervisory role at the end of your term in the department. Along with this on hand learning graduates attend management Development courses with our own specialist and expert trainers.
The Food and Beverage Graduate programme involves learning in all food and beverage departments, with supervisory experience, management development courses and exchanges within the food and beverage industry.
Each graduate has their own personal mentor and regular feedback with their general manager and departmental teams. Graduates are also at the forefront of the business and throughout the year working on a project which will be presented to the Executive board at the end of the year.
We are really proud of our graduate programmes and watching our graduates grow within their placements during and after the programme.
