Mal Mobile Booking Steps
Follow these steps to book with your mobile
Text the word “Mal” to 80010 (standard text charges apply. Note: this is NOT a premium text, nor a subscription service). You will receive a text message back with a web address link which you can click or open to access a mobile web site – a site specially designed for your mobile phone or PDA* (standard mobile internet browsing charges apply; typically around 1p per web page accessed for GPRS and 3G handsets).
Alternatively just type in mobile.malmaison.com as a web address in then web/internet/WAP service on your mobile phone.
Step 1: Select Your Hotel

Step 1: Select Your Hotel
- Select the location of the Malmaison hotel of your choice; scroll down to
- Select the check-in date or select Other Dates*; scroll down to
- Select the number of nights (minimum 1; maximum 5); scroll down to
- Select the number of people (minimum 1; maximum 2); scroll down to
- “Continue” button; click/enter to proceed to next step
* If you select Other Dates, proceed with selecting the number of nights and people and “Continue”. You will then be presented with a screen to select your Other Date.
Step 2: Select Room Type
- Select your preferred room type and click/enter to proceed to next step.

Step 3: Your Details
- Type in your mobile phone number* if your mobile phone number has not been entered automatically. Scroll down to
- Type in your name in the format John Smith **; scroll down to
- “Continue” button; click/enter to proceed to next step
* The mobile number must be a valid UK mobile number
** The first name must be a minimum of two letters and a maximum of 18. The surname must be a minimum of two letters and a maximum of 30
Step 4: Credit Card Details
- In order for us to confirm your reservation we will require your credit card details to guarantee the booking. At this stage your credit card will not be charged it will only used as a form of booking guarantee. Credit card details are sent using the latest security software, which ensures that all transactions are processed securely. Information is transmitted as separate chunks of encoded data.
- Type in your VISA, MasterCard or American Express credit card number
- Type in your expiry date in the format MMYY e.g. 0210; scroll down to
- “Continue” button; click/enter to proceed to next step
Step 5: Pre-confirmation
- Please review the booking details. If it looks correct, scroll down to the bottom of the page until you are over the “Confirm Booking” button; click/enter to confirm your booking.
- If you do not wish to proceed then you can simply exit your mobile phone’s web/internet/WAP service.

Step 6: Confirmation
- Successful Booking!
- Please make a note of your Malmaison booking confirmation number
- You will receive the booking confirmation in a text message a few minutes later
- That’s it! Quote your booking reference when you check-in, and pay the accommodation charges plus any extras directly to the hotel.
