Group Director of People
Sean has held Operations and Human Resources roles within leading hospitality companies including Whitbread and Mitchell’s & Butlers. He joined Malmaison and Hotel du Vin as Group Director of People in February 2005.
Sean is a member of the Acorn Committee, that promotes the industry to potential employees and is a past acorn winner. This year, under Sean’s stewardship Malmaison & hotel du Vin won ‘The best places to work’ Award in the UK’s hospitality industry.
