Malmaison Leeds win Front of House Team of the Year at the Cateys
The Front of House staff at Malmaison Leeds have been praised at the annual Catey awards for their "exceptional" customer service which was said to go "beyond the job description, never mind guest expectations."
The team were praised for their intuitive approach, sensing and pre-empting the needs of their guests with upsell and the ingenious ‘Oh Dear' box of items most often forgotten by guests.
