A very curious Society - secrets of the single cask revealed

The Scotch Malt Whisky Society and Hotel du Vin and Malmaison share the same passion for excellence (along with a distinctly maverick streak from top to toe). So it was only natural that one day we would come together in a Pepe le pew style fashion.

For the first time, enjoy an impressive range of the Society's exclusive single cask, single malt whiskies (they bottle the worlds largest selection you know) in the relaxed and comfortable surroundings of Hotel du Vin in Brighton and Birmingham, and Malmaison Aberdeen.

Hotel guests have the pleasure of delving into the unique and curious world of the Society's single casks (usually only available to members and their guests) while Society members sit back, relax and enjoy the home from home atmosphere SMWS are renowned for, along with favourable dram prices and special offers.

The Scotch Malt Whisky Society have also been spreading some of their Society single cask whisky wisdom so bar staff can happily chat to you about our malts. They will even have their very own Society suite at each of the hotels.

Donald Russell, based in Aberdeenshire Scotland, is the supplier of these gourmet steaks. Specialising in naturally reared and traditionally matured beef, pork and lamb amongst others; and having held a Royal Warrant since 1987; they supply trade and mail order customers alike.
